MA 334 - Differential Equations Min Units: 3 Max Units: 3 Ordinary differential equations relate functions of one independent variable to their derivatives. They have been used extensively to describe a wide variety of natural phenomena in physics, chemistry, biology, and engineering. This course introduces many types of analytical, qualitative, and numerical techniques to find and interpret solutions to ordinary differential equations, including linear equations, nonlinear equations, and systems of equations. (U/G) Fall, Spring Prerequisite(s): MA 310
