Requirements for the Minor

Students interested in a minor in Creative Media and Entertainment are required to complete 12 credit hours. Required courses are:

CME 109 - Fundamentals of Videography and Video Editing Min Units: 3
CME 111 - Introduction to Creative Media and Entertainment Min Units: 3
CME 211 - Authorship in Film and Television Min Units: 3

In Addition, Two Courses From the Following Choice Electives Are Required:

MI 201 - Audio Production Min Units: 3
CME 209 - Basic Studio Production Min Units: 3
CME 309 - Documentary Production Min Units: 3
CME 311 - Genres in Film and Television Min Units: 3
CME 315 - Post-Production Techniques Min Units: 3
CME 390 - Seminar in Creative Media and Entertainment Min Units: 3
CME 409 - Narrative Production Min Units: 3
CME 411 - Entertainment Criticism Min Units: 3
