This course will focus on effective content- and language- integrated teaching in a pluralistic, multilingual society. An understanding of second language acquisition will frame the development of culturally and linguistically responsive instructional design, appropriate materials, and meaningful assessments. Students are required to complete a field experience in a K12 setting with multilingual students. (U/G) Fall, Spring, Summer
