This is a short-term study abroad experience that includes shadowing of healthcare professionals in a foreign country. This course will help students explore the diversity of national healthcare systems as well as reflect on health determinants, health disparities, healthcare access and barriers to healthcare in the content of another culture. The course will include international travel. (U) Summer
