Students in this course will make appropriate diagnoses by critically evaluating the pathophysiology, genetic influence, prevention, signs, symptoms, risks and/or interpreting results of the diagnostic studies. Students will identify the first-line treatments for the conditions discussed. In addition, students will identify social determinants to optimal healthcare that impact disease processes. (G)
