RZ 402 - Company Grade Leadership

Min Units: 3
Max Units: 3
This course completes the transition from cadet to lieutenant. Topics include the legal aspects of leadership, administrative and logistical management, and reporting to a new unit. A capstone exercise challenges cadets to solve problems commonly faced by junior officers. Periodic leadership labs, physical training sessions, and a weekend field training exercise are mandatory course requirements. (U) Spring
