RZ 202 - Army Doctrine and Team Development

Draw on the various components of values, communications, decision-making, and leadership to learn about the unique purpose, roles, and obligations of commissioned officers. The capstone case study traces the Army’s evolvement from the Vietnam War to the present. Leadership labs, physical training sessions, and a weekend field training exercise are optional, but highly encouraged. (U) Spring
