This course uses case-based approach to examine the use of managerial accounting information in various business decisions. A wide range of managerial accounting topics, including costing systems, budgeting issues, cost behavior, and performance evaluation methods, are covered. The course structure develops critical thinking, business writing, and oral communication skills through class discussions, written reports, and presentations. In-class examinations may be used to measure understanding of managerial accounting topics. (G) Fall
