MIM 511 - Financial Statements & Accounting Min Units: 2 Max Units: 2 The broad objective of this course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to prepare, analyze, interpret, understand, and use publicly available financial information to make informed decisions. Specifically, this course examines the preparation of corporate financial reporting, the use of a variety of tools to break apart financial reports into meaningful units for analysis, and the forecasting of financial statements. (G) Fall Prerequisite(s): MiM degree-seeking status; MIM 502 and MIM 504
