MBA 576 - International Business Strategy Min Units: 3 Max Units: 3 Focuses on the dynamic forces affecting business in the global economy and how managers develop strategies for sustained global competitiveness. The main course objectives are: to analyze specific managerial challenges and opportunities faced by multinational companies (MNCs) and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs); to provide knowledge and conceptual frameworks necessary for understanding and effectively managing MNCs and SMEs; and the train and develop skills for effective global leadership.
