This course introduces the student to the organization and functioning of the different institutions of the European Union and prepares them to participate in the Midwest Model European Union, which takes place every April for three days. The major topics we will address include the history of the European integration, government and politics of the European Union, and its institutions. (U) Annually, term varies
Prerequisite(s): Any 100-level course in the social sciences or permission of the instructor
