GR 306 - Contemporary Culture: Music, Film, and Media

This course offers an introduction to contemporary cultural life in the German-speaking countries. Topics focus on music, film, TV, and advertising, as well as art and literature. Practice in oral and written German to develop accuracy and fluency through analysis of cultural texts, discussions, vocabulary building, and grammar review. (U) Occasionally
Prerequisite(s): Completion of GR 204 , placement at the GR 300 level, or permission of the department chair
