This course provides in-depth knowledge of equity valuation models and their practical construction. The course will cover the primary steps in the valuation process, including gathering and appraising financial data, conducting industry analysis, estimating free cash flow, analyzing the cost of capital, building integrated 3-statement spreadsheets, forecasting the financial statements, considering model and estimation risk through sensitivity and scenario analysis, and generating reports. Discounted cash flow and relative valuation models will be utilized in case study applications. (U)
