Organizational Leadership-Adult Undergraduate Degree Completion Program, BS

Leadership exists at every level of any organization whether profit/nonprofit or big/small businesses.  Effective leadership is the ability to influence others to achieve intended organizational outcomes.  Official positions of leadership are ultimately accountable for outcomes stemming from organizational products or services and wellness of employees who contribute to that end.  Other positions “lead” from within the organization.  Regardless of your current position in any organization, you will learn how to effectively lead diverse interpersonal relationships in functional tasks that achieve intended outcomes. 

The increasingly emerging scope of communication and technology presents significant challenges that can be met by organizational leadership with effective outcomes in diverse workplace environments.  You will learn leadership competencies in this degree program to meet organizational challenges of today whether leading an older generation of workers who mastered the language of shorthand before common use of keyboarding and technology or current generational workers who are deeply emersed in robotics and artificial intelligence.
