RL 384 - Ecotheology Min Units: 3 Max Units: 3 This course invites students to reflect critically on Christian thinking about nature, the environment, and ecology. We will pay special attention to the biblical roots of Christian understandings of the natural world and humanity’s place in and responsibility for nature, as well as more recent Christian theological responses to the current ecological crisis and ecojustice efforts, including sustained engagement with ecofeminist theologians.
