Molds, Mildews, and Mushrooms is an Inquiry-based course that illustrates the scientific process from a mycocentric perspective by exploring key concepts in biology such as evolution, adaptation, and extinction. We also will explore common processes shared by fungi and other eukaryotes, how fungi interact with other organisms and their environment, and how fungi impact our daily lives. (U)
