ME 758 - Final Project/Thesis in Music Education Proposal Min Units: 1 Max Units: 1 This course serves as the first of two courses for the completion of the final project/thesis for the MM Music Education. With independent advisement from music education faculty, the student will propose an extended, multi-part final project/thesis focused on original research or applications of concepts of curriculum including project objectives, instructional strategies, student assessments, and standards alignment. This project/thesis can be designed with specific focus on an individual program or a global application to different school settings. At the completion of this course, the student will create the proposal for their project, including preliminary literature review, project outline, project tasks, resource identification, and project timeline. (G) Fall, Spring, Summer Prerequisite(s): Grade of C or higher in ME 511 and ME 515 , or permission of the instructor
