BSHS 206 - Poverty and Modern Day Slavery: a local and global crisis

This course will develop awareness and understanding of the modern day slave trade. We will cover related factors such as poverty, education, health care and economic opportunity. Students will partner with local organizations that are working in areas of poverty serving the poor and marginalized in our society. (U) Occasionally
Prerequisite(s): Major in BSHS program or permission of instructor
